Worked directly with CEO Greg Johnson to build Warwick North West's tone of voice and brand position from the ground up. We took a unique position within the industry, leading on social value, charity, and industry authority rather than product.
The work contributed to a G-Awards Fabricator of the Year win, a national award. I helped guide the digital marketing strategy, led PR activity, wrote all content, including lead generation email marketing and website improvements.

Took over as Head of Media at Bridgwater United and rebuilt the club's content output across all platforms. The starting point was a media operation that needed restructuring. The goal was a professional, consistent standard across every channel.
Content now covers matchday and the full week, from pre-match graphics to post-match video and longer interview formats. The work on brand direction came from conversations directly with club ownership and senior leadership.

Started at Taunton Town as a live matchday reporter, writing real-time social updates from the ground. Within the first year, the role expanded into filming and editing. By the end, I was operating as Assistant Head of Media and lead videographer across all club output.
Multi-camera match coverage, YouTube highlight packages, training footage, player interviews, and graphics all became part of my output. The focus was always on content that connected with fans and reflected the club's identity.

Worked directly with founder Melody Winstanley to build the brand's social media presence from scratch. That meant developing a strategy, creating the content, and maintaining consistent output across platforms while the brand was still finding its feet.
StarBubs is a consumer brand that offers fun classes for babies and young children. Given the target audience is parents, and mainly mums, the tone developed was warm and trustworthy. StarBubs feels like a true family and community, one of the key aims of the digital marketing strategy.
